DME Providers Sentenced in Kickback Case

Two owners of a durable medical equipment company have been sentenced in federal court for paying kickbacks to a pain management doctor in Fort Myers, Florida, for business referrals. Ryan Williamson, 50, of Fort Myers, has been sentenced to one year in prison, and William Pierce, 50, of Virginia, has been sentenced to nine months for conspiring to pay unlawful kickbacks to a doctor for referring patients to their company, A&G Spinal Solutions LLC.
