Formulary Most Likely Faces Governor's Veto, Stakeholders Say

The Illinois House of Representatives is expected before the 2017 legislative session adjourns today to pass legislation calling for a closed formulary, but supporters and opponents doubt Gov. Bruce Rauner will sign the measure because of other provisions. House Bill 2525 was originally approved by the House on April 27.
