The maximum weekly benefit in Missouri climbed almost 4% this month, thanks to an increase in the state's average weekly wage, the Department of Labor announced.
The maximum benefit for temporary total disability, permanent total disability and death benefits are calculated as 105% of the state's average weekly wage. The maximum increased, to $981.65 starting July 1, the department said.
Permanent partial disability is set at 55% of the average wage, which translates to $514.20 per week.
Mileage reimbursement, which also kicked in July 1, is 55 cents per mile.
