Double Dipper Ordered to Pay $6,136 in Restitution to BWC

An Ohio claimant must pay $6,136 in restitution after being convicted of one misdemeanor count of workers' compensation fraud, the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation Special Investigations Unit announced Friday. Samuel Jarrell, of Marion, pleaded guilty to the charge on Nov. 12 in Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, the bureau's SIU said.
