TDI Revises Plain-Language Notices

The Texas Division of Workers' Compensation has revised several plain-language notices, which insurance carriers use to notify injured workers of their actions.  Carriers must begin using the following revised forms immediately: PLN-1: Notice of Denial of Compensability/Liability and Refusal to Pay Benefits.
