A Providence outpatient physical and vocational rehabilitation facility operated by the state Workers’ Compensation Commission has been renamed for a longtime commission chief judge.
Known as the Dr. John E. Donley Rehabilitation Center for 60 years, the facility is now called the Chief Judge Robert F. Arrigan Rehabilitation Center, or the Arrigan Center, a press release states.
