MLAC Preparing for 2017 Legislative Session

Oregon’s Management-Labor Advisory Committee will start preparing for the upcoming legislative session by reviewing a proposal that would modify minimum and maximum permanent disability benefits, during a Sept. 28 meeting. Proposed changes to permanent total disability benefits would maintain a provision requiring workers to be paid 66.67% of their pre-injury wages.
