The Nevada Division of Industrial Relations announced that interest rates used to calculate lump-sum settlements will decrease again in July.
The division on Tuesday adopted an actuarial annuity table that sets the interest rate at 1.46% for calculating permanent partial disability lump-sum settlements between July 1 and June 30, 2021.
The interest rate fell to 2.98% last year from the 3.09% used for settlements calculated between July 1, 2018, and June 30, 2019.
