A North Dakota Supreme Court Disciplinary Board panel has set a hearing for June 29 and 30 to consider possible action against former prosecutor and current District Judge Cynthia Feland for allegedly failing to turn over a memorandum to the defense in the trial of Sandy Blunt, former executive director of Workforce Safety and Insurance (WSI). The hearing will begin at 9 a.m. in the Brynhild Haugland room at the state Capitol in Bismarck.
