Fraud Prosecutor Added to Department of Insurance

The Texas Department of Insurance added William “Doug” Wallace to its fraud prosecution team, according to a state press release.  Wallace will work exclusively with criminal prosecutors in the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office and help to combat insurance fraud.  Wallace was formerly with Nationwide Insurance Trial Division and also served as general counsel of US Lloyd’s Insurance Company.  He has spent two decades focusing on special investigations and fraud as well as insurance defense, according to the release.  ...
