A New York appellate court ruled that a comp carrier that secured a declaratory judgment saying it owed no coverage to an employer still had to pay benefits for the death of one of the employer's workers. Case: Rosa v. June Electrical Corp., No. 521132, 06/09/2016, published. Facts: Danny Rosa worked for the June Electrical Corp.
