MEMIC Promotes Unit Manager to Claims Director

The MEMIC Group has promoted Robyn Jackson to director of claim operations, where she will oversee all key areas of the Claim Department’s workflow, system and data needs. Jackson joined the Maine Employers Mutual Insurance Co. claim team in 2005 as a compensation specialists. She was promoted to unit manager of operation support in 2006. Jackson graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and has earned her Workers’ Compensation Professional (WCP) designation.
