ISIA's Plans Annual Conference

The Iowa Self-Insurers Association is hosting its annual conference this Sept. 17-18 at the Embassy Suites in Des Moines.  The conference will include sessions on investigations of permanent restrictions, when physical medicine and rehabilitation is needed and the intersection of employment law and workers’ compensation.  Speakers at the conference include Dr. Joseph Chen from University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, who will be discussing chronic back pain in treatment, and Stephanie Marrett, an attorney with Nyemaster who will hold a discussion called, “What is ...
