A pharmacy on 6th Ave. in Manhattan is facing $77,400 in fines from the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration after inspectors noticed blocked emergency exit routes in September.
OSHA cited the Duane Read store for five code violations, including one repeat, according to a Thursday press release. The violations included three emergency exits in the store's basement blocked by boxes, garbage bags and merchandise.
