DWC Updates Pathology and Laboratory, DMEPOS Fee Schedules

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation adopted Medicare’s changes into the pathology and clinical laboratory section of the Official Medical Fee Schedule as well as the durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics and supplies section. The DWC announced that it adopted the Medicare DMEPOS third quarter release for 2020 into California’s work comp fee schedule for services provided on or after July 1.
