The Ohio Supreme Court ruled that an elderly worker, who began collecting Social Security retirement benefits and did not look for work in between periods of temporary total disability in the decade after he left his last job, was ineligible for temporary total disability benefits after undergoing surgery in 2010 because he had abandoned the job market.
