The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration is proposing $58,800 in penalties against an Ohio food box manufacturer after inadequate machine guarding and energy-isolating procedures caused injury to two employees.
OSHA said in a press release that it issued two repeat and four serious safety violations to Burrows Paper Corp. in Franklin, Ohio, for exposing the workers to amputation and "struck-by" hazards.
