Fall and Forklift Hazards Bring $61,500 in OSHA Penalties

A Pennsylvania construction company faces $61,600 in penalties by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration after an inspector observed forklift hazards and employees exposed to fall hazards up to 26 feet.
