Fall and Forklift Hazards Bring $61,500 in OSHA Penalties

A Pennsylvania construction company faces $61,600 in penalties by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration after an inspector observed forklift hazards and employees exposed to fall hazards up to 26 feet. OSHA cited Rockvale Construction in Kinzers, Pennsylvania, for two willful citations after the Sept. 15 inspection of a multi-family residential construction project in Temple, Pennsylvania.
