Hub International has acquired Peterson Milaney, a southern California property and casualty insurance brokerage.
Hub, a global insurance broker, announced the transaction in a Thursday press release. A company leader said the new structure will allow Peterson Milaney to bolster its services to its customers in Ventura, Los Angeles and Orange counties.
