U.S. HealthWorks Acquires DeKalb Medical WorksWell

Occupational medicine provider U.S. HealthWorks has acquired the DeKalb Medical WorksWell clinic in Decatur, Georgia. The clinic, located at 1045 Sycamore Drive, is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition of DeKalb Medical WorksWell brings the number of U.S. Healthworks clinics in the Atlanta region to six. The company now owns seven clinics in Georgia.
