Bill Would Apply PTSD Presumption to Workers at Dept. of Corrections

Some California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation workers would be eligible for a presumption that post-traumatic stress disorder is a compensable, injury under recently introduced legislation. Assemblyman Devon Mathis, R-Visalia, introduced AB 1107 on Wednesday.
