Widow Can't Seek Remedy From Husband's Co-Worker, Tavern Operator

The Supreme Judicial Court of Maine ruled that a widow could not pursue a civil suit against her late husband’s co-worker for throwing a punch that led to his death, nor could she sue the tavern proprietor who had furnished both men with alcohol.
