High Court to Review Compensability of Worker's Drug Overdose

The California Supreme Court will be weighing in on whether the family of a carpenter who died from an accidental drug overdose is entitled to workers' compensation benefits.At their weekly conference Wednesday, the Supreme Court justices agreed to review South Coast Framing v. WCAB, No. S215637.
