Fall Hazard Brings $40,000 OSHA Fine against Electrical Contractor

The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration is proposing $40,000 in penalties against a New Hampshire electrical contractor for exposing an employee to fall hazards. OSHA said an inspector saw an employee of Daniels Electric Corp., based in Gilford, working without fall protection while installing a light fixture on the roof atop the Buffalo Wild Wings Restaurant in Concord last December.
