The Colorado Division of Workers’ Compensation increased the Workers’ Compensation Cash Fund premium surcharge, to 1.35% for 2019, from 1%.
At the same time, the division imposed a 0.1% premium surcharge for the Subsequent Injury Fund and Major Medical Fund. There was no assessment for the funds in 2018.
The division adopted the rules Nov. 27.
