Employer and TPA Not Liable for Injured Workers' Suicide

The widow of an injured worker who killed himself after receiving notice that his employer would contest his workers' compensation claim cannot collect damages by alleging bad faith and abuse of process, the Colorado Court of Appeals ruled.
