Insurance fraud investigators arrested a North Carolina insurance agent earlier this month for allegedly pocketing premiums from a business owner who thought he was purchasing workers' compensation coverage.Insurance Commissioner Wayne Goodwin announced the May 1 arrest of Sherri Efrid, 45, of Davidson, N.C.
