BWC Accepting Comments on Proposed Transitional Work Grant Rule

The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation is proposing a change to the rule on transitional work development grants to loosen the minimum qualifications for a transitional work developer. The bureau awards grants to employers for up to 75% of the cost of paying transitional work developers who formulate plans for injured workers to return to their jobs.
