The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation is proposing a change to the rule on transitional work development grants to loosen the minimum qualifications for a transitional work developer.
The bureau awards grants to employers for up to 75% of the cost of paying transitional work developers who formulate plans for injured workers to return to their jobs. The bureau’s proposed change to Ohio Administrative Code 4123-17-55 would revise the minimum criteria for the developers.
