A county judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by Illinois Gov. Bruce Rauner's administration against state Attorney General Lisa Madigan alleging that Madigan's office had failed to perform its duty to defend the state against workers' compensation claims filed by home care workers, the Illinois Policy Institute reported Friday.
