Bruce Smith Elevated to Administrative Law Judge Position

The Oregon Workers' Compensation Board announced this week the appointment of attorney Bruce Smith to the position of administrative law judge. Smith will begin his new position in the Medford office on Oct. 31. Smith began practicing law in 1972, with an emphasis on workers' compensation law starting in 1985.
