The Washington state Department of Labor and Industries fined a dairy $1,848,000 for 22 willful violations at its bottling plant outside Vancouver.
The department said the fine assessed to Green Willow Trucking, also known as Anderson Plastics and Anderson Dairy, is the second-largest safety and health penalty it has ever issued.
