DWC Sets 3 Work Sessions on Income Benefits Corrections Rule

The Texas Division of Workers' Compensation has scheduled three informal work group meetings in September to consider rules setting out a procedure by which an insurance carrier may recoup overpayments of income benefits and correct underpayments of income benefits.The procedure is required as part of House Bill 2089 by Rep.
