The Bureau of Workers’ Compensation will hold a public hearing Jan. 4 over proposed amendments to Ohio Administrative Code 4123-6-02.2, which relates to provider certification criteria for participation in the Health Partnership Program (HPP).
To comply with a statute to be enacted Jan. 21, the board must change the criteria, including professional licensure requirements, for providers to be eligible for BWC certification to participate in the HPP.
