The Montana Department of Labor and Industry increased the base rates for inpatient hospital services as well as the conversion factors used to calculate reimbursement for most medical goods and services.
The base rate for hospital inpatient services increased to $8,120 from $8,076 effective July 1.
The base rate for hospital outpatient services was not changed, and remains at $111. And the base rate for ambulatory surgery centers was maintained at 75% of the rate for outpatient facilities.
