Electronic filing for documents submitted for individual commissioner and appellate panel hearings become mandatory in South Carolina starting Jan. 1, the Workers' Compensation Commission said in a notice posted on its website this week.
The commission said any documents submitted by parties must be uploaded using the "eCase" portal on its website. The commission will no longer accept forms submitted via email or standard mail.
