Doctor Licensed in Multiple States Didn't Need Board Authorization to Treat Worker Out-of-State

A New York appellate court ruled that an out-of-state doctor who provides treatment to a worker who resides in that same state does not need to obtain authorization to provide treatment from the Workers’ Compensation Board just because the doctor also happens to be licensed in New York.
