Matt Scott to Head Northeast Commercial Insurance for The Hartford

The Hartford has named Matt Scott head of the Northeast Division for the company’s middle and large commercial insurance business.  Scott will be in charge of the middle and large commercial sales, and underwriting operations, for the company’s independent agents, brokers and their customers in the Northeast, which includes New York City and New England.
