Labor Committee Proposes 'Hazard Pay' for Workers in Extreme Temperatures

The Massachusetts Joint Committee on Labor and Workforce Development has reported a new draft combining two bills that would create protections for workers in extreme temperatures that, among other things, require "temperature hazard pay."
