DWC Wants Second Injury Fund Requests Through Computer Forms Only

The Texas Division of Workers' Compensation is continuing its move toward improved efficiency and now proposes to require insurers to request reimbursement from the Subsequent Injury Fund by computer only. The division is accepting public comments through Oct. 23 on the plan. Comments can be sent via email to RuleComments@tdi.texas.gov, the DWC said in a bulletin.
