The Florida Division of Workers’ Compensation withdrew a regulatory proposal to update a compensation notice commonly referred to as the “broken arm poster.”
In September, the DWC proposed rules that would have allowed carriers to send the notice electronically. Employers would have been allowed to post the notice separately or as part of a Florida and federal labor law poster.
The division on Dec. 28 posted a notice that it was withdrawing the proposal.
