The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration is proposing $110,400 in fines for a Missouri construction company after one of its workers was struck by a pipe and fell into a trench at a work site.The fines stem from 11 safety violations − 10 serious, one willful − that OSHA noted when inspecting Gershenson Construction's Riverside and Yarnell Sanitary Relief Sewer project.
