Fertilizer Manufacturer Faces almost $90K in OSHA Penalties

A fertilizer manufacturer is facing up to $89,500 in proposed penalties after investigators from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration cited it for multiple safety violations, according to OSHA. The Danville-based Lebanon Seaboard Corp., which was on OSHA’s Site Specific Targeting list for high-hazard industries, was cited for two repeated and six serious violations during a December inspection.
