An Ohio appellate court last week ruled that an injured worker had not been unfairly ambushed by her employer’s expert witness during the jury trial on her claim for benefits. Jacqueline Gridiron had worked for the Cleveland Clinic Foundation as a registered nurse. She injured her wrist in April 2014 while assisting a patient.
