Roofer Accused of Double-Dipping Ordered to Pay $45,858 in Restitution

A judge ordered the owner of a roofing company and a Mexican restaurant to pay $45,858 in restitution to the Montana State Fund after pleading guilty to felony theft and employer misconduct, the state attorney general announced. Salvador Maldonado-Medina, 36, was arrested in March and accused of failing to disclose that he was working while collecting temporary disability benefits for an occupational injury.
