A New York appellate court found that an injured electrician is entitled to summary judgment on his claims for negligence and violation of Labor Law Section 200. Case: Langer v. MTA Capital Construction Co., No. 10741N 159912/14, 06/04/2020, published. Facts: Carl Langer suffered injuries while working as an electrician on a construction project.
