The wife of a Kentucky trucking company owner accused of working with insurance agents to underreport his payroll has been sentenced to 15 months in federal prison.The Kentucky Department of Insurance (KDI) said Tena Pennington, 44, pleaded guilty to a felony count of mail fraud in U.S. District Court and will report to federal prison on June 30.
