PMA Companies Hires Key Risk Exec as New CIO

Blue Bell, Pa.-based PMA Companies said it has hired David Chandler as chief information officer and senior vice president.Chandler will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the information-technology strategy, infrastructure and systems. He will report directly to John Santulli, executive vice president, risk services and sales.
