ICA Holding Legislative Stakeholder Meeting in October

The Industrial Commission of Arizona is holding a meeting in October to hear recommendations for the introduction of legislation. Every fall the commission holds a legislative stakeholder meeting to hear comments on issues relating to any aspect of its operation. In addition to regulating the state’s workers’ compensation system, the ICA also enforces wage and child labor laws, as well as workplace safety and health requirements.
