Electronic System Experiences Delays, Board Says

The New York Workers' Compensation Board is experiencing delays with the electronic case management system and is working to resolve the problem, the board said. Documents processed into the system, known as eCase, can take three to five days to show up and be viewable in the electronic case folder, the board said in an emailed notice. The date the document is received will be recorded and accurately reflected, and the agency asked that users not resend if documents do not appear right away in the folder.
