Pat Quinn announced on Monday an "administrative switch" at the Workers' Compensation Commission involving Commissioner Nancy Lindsay and Arbitrator Ruth White.The governor's office reported that Lindsay, who was appointed as a commissioner in October, has been named as an arbitrator, and White, who was appointed in October as an arbitrator, is being appointed to serve as a commissioner.
